TERMS OF SEVICE

When you place an order via our website (www.thetrishop.co.uk) we will take this as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed you will receive confirmation in the form of an email and at this time we enter into a contract with you.

DESCRIPTION AND AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

Every effort has been taken to ensure our descriptions, photographs and specifications of products are correct. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to the limitations of some browsers and monitors.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any items, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.


DELIVERY

Our standard charge for mainland UK delivery is £3.00. Please allow around five working days for delivery. In the event that a particular item is out of stock we will advise you accordingly and provide you with an estimated delivery date. Please ensure that we are given a full and correct address with postcode. We regret we are unable to deliver to a PO Box Number.

Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made within 5 working days from the expected delivery date.

PRICES

To assist in prompt dispatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as used on this website. Orders can be made by post or by using the order form on the website.

Payment over the internet can be made via our check out page using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro or Solo etc. Card charges will appear on your statement as THE TRI SHOP LTD.

RETURNS

We respectfully inform you claims can only be settled after the goods have been returned. We regret any goods returned incomplete i.e. packing missing, accessories missing etc cannot be replaced or credited.

Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

If you return something due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly etc, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by cheque or credit card with each order, post or on our website. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.

We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented.

We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

LIABILITY

We will do our best to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being dispatched.

The cost of delivery will Not be retured.

Cancelling your order after despatch OUTSIDE the UK only may have a 30% administration charge.

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.

RESERVATION OF TITLE

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
